On September 29 Taia @taia_by_the_sea and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary 💍👰🤵
⠀
And on October 15, we’ll have been together for 22 years.
⠀
My takeaway from these years: marriage is a rollercoaster, just like life itself.
⠀
Commitment, patience, forgiveness, flexibility, support and open communication are all essential to navigating the ups and downs and thriving together.
⠀
It’s fascinating to walk hand in hand through life and watch each other grow and develop as human beings.
⠀
Love you, Taia! 🥰 I wonder what life has in store for us next? 😀
⠀
P.S. Tbilisi was the perfect romantic setting for our anniversary — we really loved this beautiful city 😍

What do we want to leave behind when our terms as chapter leaders come to an end?
⠀
This question stayed with me after this week’s @icfheadquarters International Coaching Federation Eastern Europe & Nordic-Baltic Chapter Leader Forum in Tbilisi.
⠀
Each year, chapter Presidents and Vice-Presidents come together to share experiences, exchange ideas and explore ways to develop our chapters and advance professional coaching.
⠀
This was my fourth in-person forum as President of The Cyprus Charter Chapter of ICF @icf.cyprus. I always value the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new leaders and bring fresh ideas back to our community.
⠀
This year, we explored how to grow membership, build local partnerships and develop coaching across our regions. One of my strongest takeaways came from an exercise on legacy.
⠀
For me, that legacy means helping professional coaching in Cyprus reach a new level of recognition, quality and impact through our work at ICF Cyprus.
⠀
Another insight was the importance of building stronger connections with schools and universities. We want more young people to discover coaching and the ways it can help them understand themselves, make choices and shape their future.
⠀
Many thanks to Eliza Tsolakou and Sofia Rodrigues at International Coaching Federation for organising such a valuable forum, and to Irma Guramishvili, Sopho Latsabidze and our colleagues at ICF Sakartvelo @icf_sakartvelo for hosting us so warmly. Georgian hospitality - and the food - made the experience even more memorable! 🇬🇪
⠀
And, of course, thank you to my fellow ICF chapter Presidents and Vice-Presidents for your openness, ideas and shared commitment to advancing coaching!

Another exciting milestone for professional coaching in Cyprus!
⠀
Module 1 of The Art & Science of Coaching™ - Erickson Coaching International @ericksoncoaching ICF-accredited coach training programme - has been successfully completed by our Autumn 2026 cohort.
⠀
Twenty inspiring participants have begun their journey into coaching, mindfulness, powerful communication and a deeper understanding of human potential.
⠀
This journey is not only about personal transformation, but also about learning how to support their clients and teams in the best possible way.
⠀
This module brought together three MCC trainers and seven dedicated assistants, creating an exceptional learning environment for our new cohort. And we were absolutely delighted to welcome Anna Lebedeva @lebedevacoach back to Cyprus. Thank you Anna! 🙏
⠀
Thank you to our partners CIM - Cyprus Business School @cim_1978 for welcoming us again in their Limassol campus. It feels like home now.
⠀
And the journey continues: Erickson's Advanced Course (Level 2) begins this November.
