We are glad to announce that today we signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between The Cyprus Chapter of ICF @icf.cyprus and the The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus - ΣΕΛΚ.

We are truly happy to join efforts on human capital development together with the team of Odysseas Christodoulou, the President of ICPAC. We are all very excited, as this marks the beginning of our journey of joint projects.

It was my pleasure to teach again at Matena Intern

It was my pleasure to teach again at Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development @matenaschool�, this time delivering two trainings on Communication, Feedback, and Delegation Skills for the management team of @evocabank, one of the top banks in Armenia.

I truly enjoyed working with this group of 70 open-minded and positive leaders. A big thank-you to the entire Matena team for the invitation — Ruben Hayrapetyan @rubenhayrapetyan_ , Tigran Mnatsakanyan, Gayane Muradyan, Lilit Gyulgyulyan, Alina Ktoyan, and everyone else who made this experience special.

🚀 A historic milestone for coaching in Cyprus!

On Sunday, we completed the very first 4-day module of The Art & Science of Coaching™ ICF coach training program by Erickson Coaching International @ericksoncoaching here in Cyprus.
⠀
For 45 years, Erickson has been training coaches worldwide to ICF standards — in 40 countries and 25 languages. Over 75,000 people have already graduated, and now Cyprus has joined this global community!

This program — spanning several hundred hours — is profound, structured, and complex to deliver. For our multicultural island, the special challenge was running it in both English and Russian. We prepared for more than 9 months and put our hearts into it.

The results:

✨ 19 inspiring participants — senior executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, and coaches
✨ 10 Erickson alumni assistants
✨ 4 outstanding trainers — @lebedevacoach (MCC), @svet_coach (MCC), @yuryevaanastasiya (PCC), and myself (MCC).

Ahead are 3 more modules, and by Christmas, participants will proudly hold their Erickson Coaching Diplomas.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to launching this historic first group in Cyprus — our students, faculty, and assistants — and especially to Marilyn W. Atkinson @marilynw.atkinson and the entire Erickson HQ team: Dena Setoode, Frances Litten, Richard Hyams, Louise Hendey and others.
