I worked as a lawyer and a top-manager in the largest international consulting companies for more than 17 years. In 2008-2011 I was a Partner in Deloitte.

In 2017 I quit successful career of Director of Legal, Eastern Europe and CIS at Accenture in order to start my private  training and coaching practice.

I am the the Founder and Director of consulting company YZ Global Ltd, President of International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Cyprus and also Business Partner of Erickson Coaching International in Cyprus providing coaching professional coaching education in Cyprus.
